  • There is a $5.00 exhibitor fee for Departments 18-40 (Open Class).

The Loudoun County Fair Committee would like to thank everyone who participated in the fair last year. Families from Loudoun and surrounding communities enjoyed a fun-filled week of animal exhibits, carnival rides and shows, as well as agricultural and home economics displays. We sincerely appreciate the dedication of the many volunteers who helped make our fair such a success. We're looking forward to another great year.

Entry Information

Pre-register and receive a free weekly pass. Pre-registration deadline is July 13th and is highly encouraged. All entries may be registered and entered on Sunday, July 25th between 10:00am and 4:00pm at the fairgrounds. Department 18-21 exhibits (baked goods) and Department 26 (flowers) will be the only exhibits accepted on Monday, July 26th between 9:00am and 11:00am. There is a $5.00 exhibitor fee for Departments 18-40 (Open Class).

The number of entries is unlimited, but only one entry per lot is allowed. Make checks payable to Loudoun County Fair. Detailed entry information and entry forms may be found through the links below.
