Exhibits open to public during fair

    Sykes Hall Exhibits

Drop Off times:

  • Registered exhibits should be dropped off in the lower level of Sykes Hall at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 21, 2018, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit drop off for Baked Goods (18-21) or Flowers (26) will also occur on Sunday, July 22, 2018, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. This additional drop off is for these divisions only and is to allow for maximum freshness and quality.
  • You may have a delegate drop off your entries for you.
  • No exhibit will be accepted after these dates and corresponding times.

Important Information:

  • There is no limit on the number of entries.
  • All exhibits must be the original work of a non-professional exhibitor.
  • Exhibits that have been awarded a ribbon or premium in previous years may not be entered again.
  • Exhibitors may submit only one exhibit per Class.
  • This is an amateur community competition. Entries by professionals in any class or category will not be accepted at check-in. If your exhibit is accepted but later found to be entered by a professional, it will be disqualified. A professional is defined as a person participating in any field that receives a financial return for their work. This includes youth in the Open Class.
  • Exhibits along with any ribbons awarded must remain on display at Sykes Hall until the Sunday, July 29, 2018.
  • Entries not picked up by Tuesday, July 31, 2018, will be discarded.
