All registrations must be entered in FairEntry and paid online by midnight on July 15, 2022.

- Payments for entry registrations will only be accepted online.
- The complimentary parking pass for early bird registrants will be distributed when you bring your entry/entries for drop off.
Entry Drop Off Dates & Times

| Division 1-6 & 11 (Additional Drop Off) | Sunday, July 24 | 8am–10am |
Entry Drop Off & Judging
- Be sure to note the date and drop off time frames for your division. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Only Divisions 1-6 and 11 will be accepted on Sunday, July 24. All other divisions will be considered late and cannot be accepted on Sunday, July 24.
- Check-in and drop-off of entries will take place at the lower level of Sykes Hall at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds during the times indicated above.
- If you have division entries to be dropped off on both days, please plan accordingly.
- Judging will take place on Sunday, July 24, 2022, from 1pm-4pm. You may not view your entries or placements after drop-off until the start of Fair, Tuesday July 26, 2022.
- Entry pick up may not take place earlier than Sunday, July 31.
