Do you charge for parking?
No, parking is free on the fairgrounds. Parking may be available on private property outside of the grounds for a fee.
Is there handicap parking available?
Yes. The fair also provides transportation from these lots.
What does my admission fee cover?
All animal exhibits, daily and nightly shows, parking, the demolition derby, rodeo, livestock auction, craft displays and daily kid games.
Are there any refunds on admission tickets?
No.
Can I leave and re-enter the fair on the same day without incurring an additional fee?
Yes, when you leave the grounds you can request a re-entry ticket. That ticket is only good for the remainder of that day.
What are your hours?
Sunday the gates will open at 4pm w/ limited activities (no carnival) for half-price admission. Monday the gates will open at 4pm. We are open from 9am to 11pm on Tuesday through Saturday. Please see the schedule for a list of which activities are available at which times.
Is the fair open during inclement weather?
Yes, we are open, but certain activities may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Tickets refunds will not be offered as a result of inclement weather.
What activities are available during the week?

What carnival rides will be at the fair?
The carnival will include a number of kids and adult rides as well as games and food concessions.
What is the cost of carnival rides?
It varies. Ride tickets can be purchased directly from the carnival operator and each ride "costs" between one and six tickets. On Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, wristbands can be purchased for $18.00 for access to unlimited rides until 5:00pm.
Is there an ATM on the grounds?
Yes, there will be one ATM in the vendor area and one on the carnival midway.
Do vendors take credit cards?
Some vendors do and others do not. Please check with the vendor before ordering if this is a consideration.
Are pets allowed on the grounds?
No pets of any kind are allowed on the grounds with the exception of service animals.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
No. Alcohol of any form is prohibited on the fairgrounds, as are illegal drugs.
Does the Loudoun County Fair receive any assistance from Loudoun County itself?
No. The Loudoun County Fair is produced by Loudoun Fair & Associates, a non-profit corporation with no affiliation to the county of Loudoun. The County of Loudoun does provide certain in kind donations during fair week.

Can I rent the fairgrounds for my own event?
