2025 LOUDOUN FAIR & ASSOCIATES SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

Grayson Weber
Miss Grayson Weber is the recipient of a 2025 Loudoun Fair & Associates scholarship in the amount of $3,000. She is a graduate of Loudoun County High School. During her nine years as a 4-Her, Grayson has been a member of the Horse, Rabbit, and Eastern Loudoun clubs where she served in several club officer roles. She volunteered her time helping with club community service projects including visiting senior residents, making birthday bags for children, Backpack Buddies and Project Linus. She has also been a member of the Loudoun 4-H Honor Council. The Honor Council is a select group of senior members who are responsible for organizing and implementing countywide 4-H activities and promoting 4-H in the community. Grayson has been a 4-H camp counselor for multiple years and was awarded Outstanding Camp Counselor for her dedication. Additionally, she has competed in several district level contests and equestrian events.
In support of the Loudoun County Fair, Grayson has served on the Youth Fair Committee assisting Fair patrons during the week, giving barn tours, and helping with kids’ activities. She has performed weeding, fence painting and general cleanup on the fairgrounds.
Outside of 4-H and Fair, Grayson is dedicated to helping at her church. She volunteers as a Sunday School teacher to preschoolers and is a group leader for Vacation Bible School.
In the fall Grayson plans to attend Northern Virginia Community College and subsequently transfer to Longwood University for her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. The Loudoun Fair & Associates Board of Directors is honored to recognize Grayson and wishes her well in her future pursuits.

Sarah Hart
Miss Sarah Hart is the recipient of a 2025 Loudoun Fair & Associates scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Sarah has been a 4-H member for nine years. Currently she is enrolled in the Rabbit & Cavy and Sheep & Goat clubs. Sarah’s leadership includes serving in various club officer roles including president, vice president and secretary. In her project work, Sarah has participated in many American Rabbit Breeders Association shows and knowledge contests. She has mentored younger club members and regularly led educational activities for them. Over the years, she also enthusiastically participated in many of her clubs’ community service opportunities, visiting senior citizens with her rabbits and packing ‘Blessing Bags’ for homeless children.
Sarah and her family have promoted the Loudoun County Fair by posting signage, presenting to their local Ruritan club, and reaching out to businesses to invite them to visit and support the Fair. Sarah has also assisted with clean-up projects in Sykes Hall and the jump shed. During Fair Week, she has always been attentive to her club responsibilities including preparing demonstrations for the public and helping her club leaders with equipment management.
Within the wider community, Sarah helps at her church with Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and by playing guitar at Easter services. She is a member of the Taylorstown Community Memorial Honor Guard which recognizes fallen service members. She also works at the Catoctin Nature Center where she leads lessons in animal care and gives educational presentations.
This fall Sarah will be attending Northern Virginia Community College and plans to transfer to Bridgewater College to study Wildlife Biology. The Loudoun Fair & Associates Board of Directors congratulates Sarah on her past achievements and wishes her much success in her future endeavors.

Madison Hart
Miss Madison Hart is the recipient of a 2025 Loudoun Fair & Associates scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Madi has been a 4-H member for nine years. Currently she is enrolled in the Rabbit & Cavy and Sheep & Goat clubs. During her 4-H career, Madi has mentored many younger 4-H youth and has served in the role of vice president and secretary of the Goat Club. She has been a presenter for multiple years at County Contest Day and worked diligently on her rabbit genetics project for seven years until she met her goal. Over the years, she also enthusiastically participated in many of her clubs’ community service opportunities, visiting senior citizens with her rabbits and packing ‘Blessing Bags’ for homeless children.

The Loudoun Fair & Associates Board of Directors congratulates Madi on her accomplishments and wishes her well in her future pursuits.

Henry Grisius
Mr. Henry Grisius is a graduate of Bishop O’Connell High School and the recipient of a 2025 Loudoun Fair & Associates scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Henry has been a 4-H member for ten years, participating in the Swine, Poultry, Sheep and Goat clubs. He has served as club secretary and has helped with various club service projects including Backpack Buddies, Hamilton Day animal displays, and an agricultural animal presentation at Southern States Centennial Celebration in 2023.
Henry has devoted time on the fairgrounds to painting fences, power washing bleachers, and cleaning poultry cages. In 2024 he served on the Fair’s Youth Committee helping with kids’ activities and barn tours.
Over the past two years, Henry has held a leadership role with Keep Loudoun Beautiful in Purcellville and was recognized by their Town Council for his efforts. He also volunteered with a Special Olympics golf program and has served as a Young Life camp assistant.
In his post-secondary studies Henry will be pursuing a career in the business field. The Loudoun Fair & Associates Board of Directors congratulates Henry and wishes him much success in the future.
Every year, Loudoun Fair & Associates, Inc. awards scholarships to several high school seniors pursuing higher education. These select 4-H members have demonstrated service to the Fair, their clubs, and their community during their 4-H careers. Since 1992, nearly 100 Loudoun youth have benefitted from these scholarship funds.
