Check-in of entries will take place in the lower level of Sykes Hall. Once you receive the entry tag(s) for your entries, you will be directed upstairs to label and place your item in designated areas in the room.
Refer to the map below for the parking location and the check-in entrance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are many preparation activities happening on the fairgrounds during drop off weekend. Please be mindful of vendor and carnival installations and exercise caution when walking to/from the Showcase building. If young children are with you during drop off, always keep a mindful watch for their safety.
