- Check-in of entries will take place at the lower level of the Showcase building (Sykes Hall) at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds during the times indicated above.
- Additional instructions for drop off will be provided during check-in.
- Be sure to note the date and drop off time frames for your division(s). Late entries will not be accepted.
- If you have division entries to be dropped off on both days, please plan accordingly.
- ONLY Divisions 1-6 and 11 (Baked Goods and Flowers) will be accepted on Sunday, July 21 by Noon. All other divisions will be considered late and cannot be accepted on Sunday, July 21.
JUDGING
- Judging will take place on Sunday, July 21, 2024, from 2pm-5pm.
- Beginning at 12 noon, July 21, the showcase building will not be open to anyone except judges, committee members and designated volunteers.
- Exhibitors may not view their entries after drop-off.
- Viewing of ribbons and awards is permitted once the fair has officially opened on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
Collecting Your Premiums
- Exhibitors should pick up their premiums in person during the times noted below at the information table in the Showcase building:
- Thursday, July 25: 10:00am to Noon and 2:00pm to 4:00pm
- Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
- Sunday, July 28: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
- LAST CHANCE! Tuesday, July 30: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
PICK UP OF ENTRIES July 28
- All entries must remain on display for the entirety of the Fair. Pick up of entries may not take place before Sunday, July 28. Any exhibitor who removes their exhibit prior to Sunday will not be allowed to exhibit at future fairs. Exhibits not picked up by 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 30 will be discarded.
