Important BLUE RIBBON SHOWCASE Dates
REGISTRATION OPENS ON JUNE 1, 2026
All registrations must be entered in FairEntry and paid online by 5:00 p.m. on July 15, 2026.
Payments will only be accepted online at the time of registration. Contact the Showcase Committee if
you need assistance with your online registration.

Drop Off Dates & Times FOR SHOWCASE ENTRIES

- Check-in of entries will take place at the lower level of the Showcase building (Sykes Hall) at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds during the times indicated above. See MAP of where entry drop off begins for more information.
- Be sure to note the date and drop off time frames for your division(s). Late entries will not be accepted.
- If you have division entries to be dropped off on both days, please plan accordingly.
- ONLY Divisions 1-6 and 10 (Baked Goods & Confectionery and Flowers) will be accepted on Sunday, July 19 by 12 Noon. All other divisions will be considered late and cannot be accepted on that day.
JUDGING
- Judging will take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
- Beginning at 12 noon, July 19, the Showcase building will not be open to anyone except judges, committee members and designated volunteers.
- Exhibitors may not view their entries after drop-off.
- Viewing of ribbons and awards is permitted once the Fair officially opens on Tuesday, July 21.
Collecting Your Premiums
- Premiums earned by exhibitors will be paid in cash. Exhibitors must pick up their premiums in person at the
information table in the Showcase building during the times noted below. - Thursday to Saturday, July 23 to July 25: 2:00pm to 4:00pm. NOTE: A Fair admission ticket and parking pass are required during these hours.
- Sunday, July 26: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Tuesday, July 28: (LAST CHANCE!!) 5:30pm to 6:30pm - If you choose to donate your premium, a tax receipt is available upon request. Premiums not collected by
Tuesday July 28th will be donated to the Loudoun Fair and Associates scholarship fund.
PICK UP OF ENTRIES
- All entries must remain on display for the duration of the Loudoun County Fair. Pick up of your entry/entries
may not take place before Sunday, July 26. Any exhibitor who removes their exhibit prior to this date will not be permitted to exhibit at future fairs. All baked goods/confectionery will be disposed of at the conclusion of the fair. Exhibits not picked up by 6:30pm on Tuesday, July 28 will be discarded.
