Registration Information

• Registration is open to residents of Loudoun County and neighboring communities.
• All registration entries must be submitted via FairEntry no later than July 15, 2025.
• Every Open exhibitor must have or create an individual account in FairEntry to submit entries.
• Open exhibitors must use the same FairEntry account each year. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact the showcase committee at Blue.Ribbon@LoudounCountyFair.com.
• Loudoun 4-H Youth will use their family 4-H Online account to submit entries.
• Early bird registrations submitted and paid for online by July 5, 2025, will receive the complimentary benefits noted under Important Dates. 
• Complimentary benefits for exhibitors will be distributed during check-in of entry/entries.
• Descriptions of entries and requirements for those entries may be found in the Catalog of Exhibits.
• After initial registration, exhibitors may continue to add entries until July 15, 2025, at 11:00pm. Payment must be made at the time of additional entries.
• Exhibitors must be familiar with, and follow all restrictions and requirements related to the individual Classes and Divisions they are entering.
• Entries may be disqualified without refund of fees if entered in the wrong Class or if they do not meet
  the requirements listed, such as size, proper container, amount, or display requirements.

Registration Fees

A flat registration fee of $10 per exhibitor is charged to all Open Adult and Open Youth exhibitors who enter an item in Loudoun’s Blue Ribbon Showcase. A $1 fee is then charged for each item entered in a Class. Exhibitors must use their FairEntry account to submit entries.

Loudoun County 4-H youth exhibitors do not pay registration fees and may enter a maximum of 15 Class items. 4-H youth must use their family 4-H Online account to submit entries.

All entries and registration fees must be completed and paid online by 11:00pm on July 15, 2025. Late or onsite entries cannot be accepted after registration is closed. The Loudoun County Fair accepts several credit cards for payment.
